Terms of Service
The service
Resellence provides decision support for UK Amazon retail and online-arbitrage sellers: Buy / Watch / Skip, estimated fees, risks and confidence. Recommendations are not orders. You approve any purchase, listing or reprice. We never place a purchase on Amazon for you. Estimates are not profit, velocity or price guarantees. If evidence is incomplete we refuse a Buy.
Accounts
You must be able to enter a contract in the UK. Keep credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that abuse the APIs, share logins unsafely, or attempt scraping. Web login uses ASP.NET Core Identity cookies; the mobile apps use tokens issued by our API.
Data sources (official and licensed only)
- Fixture set — labelled demonstration products for the desk when licensed feeds are not connected. Not a live Amazon catalog pull.
- Keepa — when the host has an API key, we use Keepa for processed insights (history used in a decision). We do not resell raw Keepa dumps.
- Amazon Selling Partner API — fees, eligibility and related seller-context calls require you to connect an Amazon seller account (SP-API Login with Amazon). We do not use Product Advertising API as the OA catalog source. We do not scrape.
You must comply with Amazon’s and Keepa’s terms for any data those parties supply. If a live lookup is configured and fails, we will not recommend a Buy on incomplete live evidence.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the service to rebuild a scrape, a bulk Keepa dump shop, or an auto-buyer. Do not overload the host. Metered analyses exist because licensed data has a cost; unlimited “full catalog” use is not offered.
Subscriptions
Starter, Operator and Team (as shown on the site) are metered. Fees may change with notice. Optional Stripe billing, if enabled, is processed by Stripe. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not undo Amazon actions you already approved.
Intellectual property
The Resellence software, wordmark and decision outputs we generate remain ours or our licensors’. Your store rules, analyses and outcomes remain yours. You grant us a licence to process them solely to provide and secure the service and to improve decision quality from labelled outcomes.
Liability
You remain responsible for buying stock, tax, VAT, Amazon account health and compliance. To the extent English law allows, we exclude liability for lost profit, lost stock value or marketplace suspension arising from a recommendation you chose to follow. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
