Who we are
Resellence is a decision-support product for UK Amazon retail and online-arbitrage sellers. We recommend Buy / Watch / Skip. We do not place purchases, listings or reprices on your behalf. Registered company name, company number and registered office will be added after solicitor review. Until then, contact us with the form on this website.
What this product is not
- We do not scrape Amazon, Keepa or any other site.
- We do not run anonymous full-catalog Amazon pulls, and we do not use Product Advertising API as a catalog source.
- We do not resell raw Keepa or Amazon dumps. Keepa, when configured, is used for processed insights (for example history used in a decision), not as a bulk data shop.
- We are not a price-tracking or price-monitoring service. Copy and features are market analysis, decision intelligence and opportunity evaluation.
Personal data we process
If you create an account we process: email address, password hash (ASP.NET Core Identity — we do not store the plaintext password), organisation membership and role, store and buying-rule settings you enter, product analyses and outcomes you record, optional billing metadata, and messages you send on the contact form.
Legal bases we rely on (UK GDPR): contract (to provide the desk you signed up for), legitimate interests (securing the service, improving decision quality from outcomes you log), and consent where you submit the public contact form without an account. You may object or withdraw where the law allows.
Cookies and Identity
Signed-in web sessions use an HTTP-only authentication cookie named resellence.auth (ASP.NET Core Identity). We also use anti-forgery cookies on forms. These are necessary for login and security, not advertising. The MAUI apps use a JWT from our API instead of that cookie. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on these pages.
Amazon Selling Partner API and Keepa
Platform secrets (SQL connection, JWT signing key, Keepa API key, SP-API application LWA client credentials and AWS signing keys) are intended to live in Azure Key Vault and be referenced from App Service settings. They are not committed to git.
Your seller SP-API refresh token is different: when you connect Amazon from the desk, the token is stored encrypted for your organisation in our database, not pasted into the public website. Fees and listing eligibility that need a seller context use Login with Amazon (SP-API LWA) against your selling account. We request minimum roles (catalog, fees, restrictions). We do not ask for buying or advertising scopes.
Keepa, when the host is keyed, supplies licensed history used as processed insight in a check. A logged-out or unkeyed product check uses a labelled fixture set for demonstration. Fixtures are not a live Amazon fetch and are not a substitute for Keepa or SP-API.
GDPR: access, export and deletion
After you sign in, Your data lets you download a JSON export of organisation records tied to the account, and delete the account. If you are the last Owner, deletion removes the organisation. You may also use the contact form to ask for the same. We will respond in line with UK GDPR timescales once the live operator details are confirmed.
Processors and location
Hosting is planned on Microsoft Azure in the United Kingdom (App Service, SQL, Key Vault). Amazon and Keepa process API calls in line with their own terms when you or the host has connected those services. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
Account data is kept while the organisation is active and for a short period after deletion as needed for security logs and legal claims. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to reply. Exact periods will be confirmed at solicitor review.
Children
Resellence is for business sellers, not for children.
